1 05 2009

jg-blood-2Sony has been announced that it has acquired the U.S. release rights to the upcoming live action Blood: The Last Vampire. The film will play in U.S. Theaters as early as this summer in English.

Blood: The Last Vampire is based on an anime of the same name, revolving around a half-vampire, half-human warrior who is the only hope standing in the path of an invading demon infestation. The film is from the same producers as Hero and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, and if the trailers are any indication, the choreography and cinematography should be top-notch.

Sony already has an official website up with new English trailer, and can be seen by clicking: Here!
